My Art Journey

I'm Teresa Cash, a self-taught mixed media artist who discovered my love for creating at 58.  

It all began on a cold February day in 2011. 

I had never painted or drawn before, but something inside me told me I was meant to be creative. So, without knowing where this journey would lead, I decided to begin. One foot in front of the other.

There have been plenty of ups and downs along the way. Sometimes I've followed my heart, and other times I've let fear and doubt get in the way. But I've learned to keep showing up, trust the process, and enjoy the adventure.

Today, I love exploring portraits, abstract art, and mixed media. Some days I know exactly what I want to create. Other days I haven't a clue!

I am forever changing, my art is forever evolving, yet one constant remains...

I create art from my heart.

I'm proud to be a creative late bloomer. And if my journey encourages someone else to follow their heart, that's an added blessing.

After all, it's not when you start. It's how you finish.
